Breaded Pork Loin Chops in the Air Fryer

Who knows what season it is here, a/c one day, heat the next, it's chilly and stormy and not grilling weather...

Yes, that's Kraft M&C

So that means air fryer ~ here's another meat that is great when cooked in the air fryer! Pork chops make for a tasty family meal with easy clean-up when made in the air fryer. I've said it before how much I like this small appliance.

Breading the meat makes it taste better. It's a simple production line of flour, buttermilk and breadcrumbs. Simply bread the meat and place in the air fryer;  cook until the pork chops are crispy tender. Skip added oil and calories.

It's chops that are crispy, tasty and filled with flavor, perfect for your family with a side of potatoes and a green vegetable!

  3. Pam, We keep talking about an air fryer but we haven't made the purchase yet. Do chops and chicken breasts come out moist? Chicken breasts dry out fast and we like our pork a little pink and moist in the center. Your chops do look very tasty! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

    1. Hi Dave! Yes, they come out moist as long as you don't overcook them. No pink in the chops for me, I'm still 'old school' on that. Take care

  4. Mac and cheese -- really classic! I don't understand how the chops become "fried" without fat.

    1. Yes, I love about any kind of mac and cheese, Mae. Circulating hot air "fries" the food. It's beyond me...

  7. A good device can deliver a nice , evenly cooked/fried dish. I guess an air hot fryer is one of those devices. Your recipe proves it. You've used only a cooking oil spray, and you got a delicious "fried" meat dish. Fried, without the health hazards involved in dipping the meat in grease.

  11. The breaded pork chops from the air fryer look really good. I am heading to my dad's in a few days, he has an air fryer. I think I will need to make these pork chops for him. As always, thanks for sharing.

  12. I just inherited an air fryer Pam. I haven't used it because the instructions didn't come along with the inherited item! Boo! I guess I can google it cuz we LOVE LOVE LOVE pork loin chops (from Iowa ya know, gotta love pork with all of the piggies there!). I want to make this recipe when I learn how to use the gadget. Even my husband wants to use one! That's a first! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

  14. It certainly has been a roller-coaster with the weather! I've been hoping for a dry spell so the mosquitoes would give us a break. I bought an air fryer and returned it because I didn't think I'd get enough use out of it but those pork chops certainly look great!

  15. When my mother passed away, there were many things in her kitchen that I received including an air fryer. I have no idea how to use it since we can't find the instructions. We love pork chops (being from Iowa that's a given!), and I can't wait to try this recipe. I am totally with you on the cooking on hot summer days issue and am always trying to find recipes where I don't use my oven! Thanks for sharing Pam.....let me know where I can find more air fryer recipes on your blog please!
