I adore salmon ~ unfortunately I'm the only one here who feels that adoration. Salmon is one of the most widely loved varieties of seafood in the world. Fresh, canned or smoked, it makes me happy when I enjoy a meal of it...
Eating two or three servings a week of salmon is a good way to improve your health, with it being a healthy tasty alternative to chicken, beef and pork. It’s rich in Omega-3 fatty acids and protein. Plus providing iron, niacin, zinc, Vitamins B6 and B12, and a whole host of other ingredients essential for good health.
This is my version using a combo of honey mustard, and Iron Mike's 3 Pepper Mustard, and it's spicy with incredibly delicious flavors. You use the flavor of mustard you like.

I had salmon steak for the lunch too, but mine was just with salt and ginger. Yours sounds and looks so much better with lime and honey mustard. A very yummy meal.
ReplyDeleteYours sounds good too, Angie! Salmon rules!
DeletePam, I really like fresh salmon steaks too...and so does my better half. Love the spicy marinade! It's right in our wheelhouse! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteGreat, Dave! Glad you like this salmon recipe, it's good!
DeleteSalmon is popular yet rather expensive in my neck of the woods.
ReplyDeleteYour recipe uses the best seasoning (paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard) and best herbs (basil, parsley); so, the result - garnished with lemon slices, is, no doubt, delicious.
