Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

This recipe takes pork chops to a whole new level!

The crispy Parmesan crust makes these pork chops tender, juicy ~ you’d never know they’re baked, not fried!

When you want to shorten meal-time prep work, this is a recipe to go to; it takes a small amount of effort to get the meal on the table.
I combined some Parmesan cheese with Italian breadcrumbs, and seasonings to make a tasty crust that made these pork chops delicious.

The pork turned out tender and moist on the inside and crunchy delicious on the outside.

It’s amazing how just a few ingredients can make pork chops this good ~ Bill and I gobbled them up and enjoyed every bite!

  1. Pam, I love my pork chops coated in Italian breadcrumbs and baked in the oven like this. We usually add crushed red peppers to the mix along with garlic powder and pepper. The paprika is a nice variation and I know that I'd love all that Parmesan in the mix! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

  8. People usually like pork chops regardless of method used - baked or fried. However, as you've said, baked takes them "to a whole new level". The picture in the final stage, clearly shows what that new level is.

Celery is as fresh and clean as a rainy day after a spell of heat. It crackles pleasantly in the mouth.... it should be eaten alone, for it is the only food which one really wants to hear oneself eat.
