The combination of olives, pecans and cream cheese makes it a tasty treat. I’ve used this recipe many times and it always gets rave reviews.
There is no limit as to what you can serve this spread with: crackers, vegetables, crusty bread, bagels or as a sandwich spread. It’s quick, easy, has a great appearance and is a crowd pleaser!
Add mayonnaise, mix well.
Stir in pecans and olives and pepper, mix well.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
It will be mushy when first made but, will spread well after being chilled.
By the way, it also makes a good sandwich filling!
