Mom’s Cheese Ball

Look no further for a great appetizer!

Mom loved to entertain and cook for people ~ she made this recipe for cocktail parties many times. This is not your average cheese ball; it has a kick to it thanks to the addition of Roquefort cheese.

It’s a great cheese ball to have on hand at holiday time because it's easy to make, it can be made a day ahead of time and it has a great appearance.

It’s tried and true and is a piquant appetizer to whet the appetite of your guests!

Mom’s Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

2 - 3 oz. pkgs. Roquefort cheese
2  - 5 oz. containers sharp cheddar cheese spread
2  - 5 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 T. grated onion
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ground pecans
½ c. finely chopped parsley

Method:

Mix together all ingredients, except for the parsley.
Form into a ball.
Roll in finely chopped parsley.
Refrigerate till well chilled.
Serve with a variety of crackers.

ENJOY!
